Clearstream is hiring a full-time product designer. You will be the sole designer on the team of 16 people. You will interface with owners and developers as you work on our web and mobile apps. Overview

Clearstream is an engagement platform for churches and non-profits. Our core functionality is texting and email. Visit clearstream.io to learn more about our company, culture, and values.

You will be maintain our web app and mobile app designs, pushing them forward as we implement new features and functionality. You should care about design aesthetics, user experience, consistency, and quality.

You will develop a deep knowledge of our product, and be responsible for wireframing and designing new features. You will also learn about other software we integrate with, and how to meet the specific needs of our users.

You will also help with iterating and improving on existing features and functionality.

Salary & schedule

• 4-day work weeks year round. Times are flexible, but our team works 36 hours per week.
• Work happens in Slack, Linear, and Figma. Very few meetings.
• Base Salary - is $130,000-$170,000 per year
